Services Description

Siber Ninja provides cybersecurity services including, but not limited to: Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS), Application and API Security Testing, Secure Development Training, and modular platform tools (DAST, SAST, SCA, etc.). We may update or discontinue services without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You must not scan, probe, interfere with, or abuse our services. Unauthorized automation or scraping is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials are the intellectual property of Siber Ninja or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

Platform Access and Eligibility

The platform is for authorized business use only. Users must be 18+ and may not share their accounts. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

Payment & Billing

Pricing is communicated at purchase. Taxes are excluded. Late payments may result in suspension. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Confidentiality

You agree to keep security findings, reports, credentials, and documentation confidential. Disclosure without consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Siber Ninja is not liable for indirect damages, outages, data loss, or third-party actions. All services are provided "as is" without any warranty.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Siber Ninja for any claims arising from your misuse, violation of terms, or unlawful activity.

Termination

We may terminate your access due to violations, non-payment, abuse, or legal obligations. Termination may be immediate and without refund.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes require a 30-day informal resolution attempt before legal steps. Class actions are waived.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not perform unauthorized scanning, resell services, distribute harmful code, or abuse resources.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms with notice via email or website. Continued use implies acceptance. Material changes may require renewed consent.
